La enorme acogida que tuvo la agrupacion se viviò en 1995 cuando al grabar su primera produccion titulada "Travesuras" (Interpretada por Katty Elisa) , escuchamos tambien por primera vez el tema: Mi corazon està llorando , en la voz de Karina Torres, el cual alcanza los primeros lugares en rating y sintonia en todo el Ecuador. Los Guayaquileños a la fecha nos sentimos Orgullosos por contar con el gran Talento de estas damas que incursionaron indiscutiblemente como pioneras en las agrupaciones femeninas del Pais, dejando el camino abierto para las demas agrupaciones que surgieron con el pasar de los años, hasta la fecha creo que no ha llegado un grupo que iguale al Grupo Coctel en calidad y talento, espero que ese ejemplo de logro y profesionalidad inspire a los futuros artistas de nuestro querido paìs, eso si , Coctel ya forma parte de la historia musical del Ecuador, y donde sea que eschemos su Musica podremos decir que es orgullosamente Ecuatoriano. El video va dedicado a todas las Voces del Grupo , a su manager , y a todos los fans repartidos por el mundo que estamos lejos de casa y cada vez que escuchamos su musica recordamos con alegria y tristeza aquellos buenos tiempos cuando estabamos junto a nuestras familias y en casa.
